State House - 46
James “Jimmy” Pittsford III is a retired union journeyman steamfitter, a lifelong Monroe County resident, and a graduate of Edgewood High School in Ellettsville.

James is running for State Representative in Indiana House District 46 because he believes working people deserve a stronger voice at the Statehouse. He understands the value of hard work, fair wages, strong communities, and leaders who listen to the people they represent.

His campaign is focused on the people who make our communities strong, working families, senior citizens, small business owners, family farmers, teachers, and every Hoosier who wants a fair opportunity to build a good life.

James believes a state representative should be present, accessible, and accountable. He will listen first, show up for the communities of District 46, and put the needs of local families ahead of political interests in Indianapolis.

Throughout his career, James learned that progress comes from working together, keeping your word, and taking responsibility for the job in front of you. Those are the same values he will bring to the Indiana General Assembly.

He believes government should work for everyday people, not only the wealthy, powerful, or well-connected. As your state representative, James will bring honesty, hard work, and accountability to every decision he makes.

James would be honored to serve as your voice, your advocate, and your partner in building a stronger future for House District 46 and the entire state of Indiana.

Together, we can create an Indiana that works for all of us.
James respectfully asks for your support and your vote on November 3, 2026.
